To become a sponsor of the parade you need to do two things:

• If you plan to MARCH in the parade, REGISTER as a sponsor. If you plan to have a float or other large vehicle, please indicate that on the registration form. The City of Chicago charges $25.00 for each motorized vehicle in the parade. This charge will be included automatically when you register.

• DONATE at least $50.00 to help pay for all the 'stuff' needed to make the parade happen.

Benefits of sponsorship include:

• Your organization’s name on all Disability Pride Parade promotional materials.
• Your organization’s logo on the official Disability Pride Parade website and a link to your organization’s website
• An information booth/table at the Post-Parade celebration to promote your organization.

There are a number of sponsorship opportunities for the Disability Pride Parade. The following levels reflect cash or in-kind donations

Since the parade is a grass-roots effort, we need to seek out new sponsors each year. Stages, sound systems, program books, city permits, tents, tables, interpreters, postage, paper, port-a-potties…it all adds up. We need to raise $50,000 to make this year’s parade a success.

The Disability Pride Parade is a fully inclusive event celebrating the pride, power, and unity of people with disabilities, our families, and allies.

It not only provides national and international visibility for the Disability Community, it also is an excellent opportunity to advertise your business or organization and its support for our community.
